Greenbelt FOP Associate Membership Program
The Greenbelt FOP would like to thank you for your interest in becoming an Associate Member of our Lodge. It is with your support that allows us to continue to support various charitable causes in our neighborhoods.
Initial Application Information:
To apply, simply click on the the appropriate download. There are forms available in two different formats (Microsoft Word DOC format and Adobe PDF format). You can obtain Adobe Reader free of charge here. You can download Microsoft Word viewer for free of charge here. Simply print and complete the application and mail it to the address on the application to the attention of Bobby Keller, Associate Membership Committee Chairperson.
The fee for an initial application is $35 per individual and $45 for a family or joint membership. The family membership allows two (2) adults to join for only $10 additional. The renewal fee for an individual is $30 and $40 for family. Please send only a check or money order with your application.
